Booking and check-in

Check-in is possible between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Should you arrive later, we can arrange a late check-in between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM only after prior telephone consultation. Please note that check-in after 8:00 PM is unfortunately not possible and will be considered a no-show. The same applies if a late arrival after 6:00 PM has not been arranged in advance. To ensure a smooth process, you must provide a reachable telephone number where we can contact you on your arrival day when booking. Bookings without a telephone number cannot be accepted.
