Booking conditions

All reservations must be confirmed in writing.

Check-in is possible between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later, we can arrange check-in between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM only after prior telephone consultation. Please note that check-in after 8:00 PM is unfortunately not possible and will be considered a no-show. The same applies if a late arrival after 6:00 PM has not been arranged in advance. To ensure a smooth process, you must provide a telephone number where you can be reached on your arrival day when booking. Bookings without a telephone number cannot be accepted.

We reserve the right not to refund any bank charges incurred due to credit card cancellations, as these are non-refundable by the bank.
For self-catering bookings of rooms 5 and 8, a cleaning deposit of N$500 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out and will only be retained in the event of excessive soiling.
